To make your parking payment (start your parking session), scan the QR code using your mobile device upon arrival. QR codes are displayed on the signage throughout the parking facility.

Each parking payment requires a $.35 convenience fee per transaction.

The City of North Augusta has contracted PCI Municipal Services (Park North Augusta) to manage the new parking operation effective November 1st, 2026.

If you are having trouble making a payment, please call the phone number displayed on the signs throughout the parking facility immediately.

For parking invoices & citations, you can pay/appeal online at (parknorthaugusta.org). Parking disputes and appeals are not accepted over phone.

Parking is available 24/7 Monday through Sunday at each of the five parking zones.

Parking is free from 7am-6pm Monday through Friday at the Municipal Lot and Center Street Deck.
